Owner
Marcus graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in 2013 with degrees in business management and psychology.
After graduation Marcus managed a fitness club Soon after he fell in love with the real estate industry.
In 2017 he obtained his real estate license and started his real estate companies.
On both the rental and renovations, he loves taking the worst of the worst and restoring them into the beautiful living space they once were.

She has excelled in the rehab, construction and real estate industry since 2006. Her passion lies within the process. Taking a home and restoring its natural beauty, while building spaces that families can create memories in.
If it's changing a paint color to a full house remodel each project is detailed and allows her to venture into a world of creativity.
Each project has its own scope and each neighborhood has its own story, this allows her to embrace the challenges while designing to beautify and complement not only the home within, but the neighboring homes around.

With over 15 years of sales and operations experience, I have an established track record of success in developing and nurturing business relationships with clients. My expertise in sales and ops combined with my passion for helping others has allowed me to consistently meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth.
